My grandmother proudly sits among the artwork created for The Lutheran Home’s annual Intergenerational Art Show in Wauwatosa. Surrounded by paintings and creative expressions from senior and youth programs, this moment captures something I love about our community: creativity has no age. Her expression says everything—a quiet pride in being part of something beautiful, meaningful, and shared. The artwork on the walls represents more than art; it represents connection, self-expression, and the opportunity to continue creating and being celebrated at every stage of life.
